Rent collection  We collect rent and provide you with a monthly statement/tax invoice detailing all income and disbursements and we deposit funds into your nominated bank account.

Outgoings  We provide a FREE service to pay all your authorised outgoings and regular invoices including strata, water and council rates, from rental monies paid.

Repairs  We arrange and co-ordinate repairs, using our preferred tradespeople, who are experienced in their chosen field or a trades person of your choice.

Periodical inspections  We carry out regular property inspections, bi-annually, and provide you with a written report on the condition of the property. We also advise you of any repairs, preventive maintenance or recommendations for future improvements.

Lease renewals & rent reviews  We negotiate new leases and rent increases, taking into consideration the current rental market.

Rent arrears  We monitor arrears closely and inform tenants via a phone call and written correspondence. We serve any notices within the required time frame or as instructed by the landlord.

Tribunal  We prepare any tribunal documentation and provide representation on behalf of the landlord, if required.

Tenant selection  We maintain exceptionally high standards when offering our opinion on tenant selection. Several checks are conducted and all previous rental, business and personal references are verified and employment details confirmed.
